Free Intercom Calls: ECN provides free unlimited intercom calls from the guardhouse to any resident on the estate and vice-versa, including up to 1000+ speed dials, which can be preset and stored in the system.
Free On-Net Calls: ECN provides free unlimited on-net calls between residents on the estate, including multiparty audio conferencing.
Free Fax-2-email: ECN provides free fax-2-email services (faxes sent to ECN subscribers from a Telkom line are charged at the standard local and long distance call rates).

Free Itemised On-line Billing: Residents can register to view bills online, set up and edit their calling circle or access information about their account. Residents can also log in at any time and manage all aspects of their ECN Talk and Surf accounts.
Value Added Services: ECN provides residents with a wide range of voice based value added services. Residents are required to simply log onto the ECN website, select those value added services that they require and follow the on screen instructions to configure the various options and features that are available.
