For subscribers that live in complexes or gated communities ECN provides free unlimited intercom calls.

Free Fax-to-Email

ECN provides free fax-2-email services (faxes sent to ECN subscribers from a Telkom line are charged at the standard local and long distance call rates to VANS)

Friends and Family

ECN Friends and Family gives subscribers an additional 10% discount on up to 5 eligible numbers, including any local, long distance, international and fixed to mobile numbers.

Calling Features

Our calling features let you personalise your home phone service – from managing your calls to taking a message to participating in a conference. Subscribers are required to simply log onto the ECN website, select those calling features that they require and follow the on screen instructions to configure the various options and features that are available.
