Approach

ECN recommend that the client conduct a three-month pilot project to validate the business case and test the technical quality of the solution prior to entering into a term contract with ECN. The client may terminate the pilot project at any time during the three-month probation period at the client’s sole discretion. ECN will carry the cost of the pilot including any equipment and installation fees and will also guarantee 99.75% service availability at all times during the pilot. In the event of any ECN equipment or network failure all calls will automatically failover to Telkom.
